Alcohol and Drug Policy
Employees, both those employed by Internationella Cityordonnansen AB and subcontractors engaged by the company, are expected to maintain an attitude and values towards alcohol and drugs that ensure they understand these substances should not be used in connection with their professional duties.
This policy applies both within company vehicles and within the company's premises. In light of this policy, employees, customers, fellow road users, and others should feel safe and secure in our conduct on the roads.
Internationella Cityordonnansen AB requires all employees and subcontractors to completely abstain from the use of narcotics during both working hours and personal time. Any handling and consumption of narcotics, not prescribed by a medical professional, are illegal and not tolerated in any form in the workplace.
All employees share a collective responsibility to promote a safe working environment free from alcohol and drugs.
